Del-Ric’s 24 hour call centre staff take care of day-to-day maintenance and facility emergencies. We provide immediate responses either on an emergency or regularly scheduled basis.
Specifically, we provide the following 5 levels of maintenance service:
- Red Alert (within 2-3 hours)
- Emergency (within 24 hours)
- Rush (24-48 hours)
- Regular (2-4 days)
